"KOC Holdings is strategically advancing its global presence, centered around the C-Pon platform, with a three-pillar approach. Firstly, our Food and Beverage Division is scaling up by franchising popular Japanese eateries and operating 'SugarK', a karaoke box business in Hong Kong, alongside our directly managed restaurants. Secondly, the C-Pon Platform Division is set for international expansion, starting with countries across Asia, leveraging the platform developed in Japan. Lastly, our Solutions Division is introducing new beauty and medical sectors, initially focusing on the Korean market as a springboard for further growth, while also expanding the C-Pon economic sphere through OEM business development. By diversifying C-Pon's application globally, KOC Holdings is evolving from a Japan-centric brand to a renowned global brand. In partnership with KOC JAPAN, we are committed to reinforcing our international expansion and establishing a significant global footprint."
